✧ Are you still shipping out orders?
Yes, we are still shipping out our orders as long as the postal office and express carriers are open to delivering packages.
✧ Will there be delays to my existing dress order?
We're still in operation and working on our dresses and doing everything we can to get your dress out on time, however, we are experiencing some delays especially with some fabric and materials from vendors that are coming later than expected. We will let you know if there would be delays with your order.
✧Is there a longer turnaround time now for orders?
Ready to ship orders such as veils are as usual. New dress orders are currently still around 8-10 weeks.
✧What's the best time to order my dress?
It is still recommended to order your wedding dress around 6-8 months before your wedding to take in to account time you need for final alterations and changes. If you are planning on placing an order, please specify your event date when you add the product to cart. If it's an rush order, please email us before you place the order to confirm delivery feasibility.
