Ordering Your Dress

Standard size dresses are easiest to order. Simply select the size and color you want and add it to the check out.

Tip

Check Your Measurements
It's important to take your measurements and compare to our size chart.
Regular dress size and wedding dress sizes are different, often sizes different between different wedding dress designers too.

Check Your Dates
Standard turn around time for a made to order dress can take around 6-8 weeks, sometimes more depending on the design.
If you're in a rush, please check with us before you order.

To order your dress in custom measurements, please select "Made to Measure" in the size option.
We will email you our measurement form with instructions after your order is received.
You will need to fill out the form and email it back to us. We start working once we have all your information.
Once your dress is completed, we will email you the tracking information after it's shipped.

Tip

Taking Your Measurements
If you're taking your own measurements, please follow our instructions closely.
If you're having a tailor taking your measurements, please double check your measurements following our instructions.
Some tailor may have a different way of taking the measurements. You may be more accurate than them!

Quote

If you like to customize one of our existing design, or order a completely new design, please email us at info@ieiebridal.com and include the following:
  • SKU or link of the dress you're interested in customizing
  • Pictures showing how you like the customization to look like
  • List any changes or request in bullet form
  • Your regular dress size
  • Your event date

    • We will send you a quote based on the changes and customization.


    Ordering

    If you decide to go ahead with your order, the process will be similar to a custom sized dress:

    Step 1 Custom Link Set Up
    We will set up a custom link for you to order.

    Step 2 Measurements
    We will email you our measurement form and instructions for you to fill out. Please include all the changes you want on the form.

    Step 3 Confirm Dress Details
    You will receive a dress details sheet summarizing all the changes to review. Once all the details are confirmed, we begin working on your dress.

    After your dress is done, it will be shipped and your tracking information will be emailed to you.

    We're an exclusively online store and although our workshop studio is in New Jersey, it's not set up for in house visits.
    By eliminating the storefront side of things, we're able to keep our prices friendlier for your wallet!

    Because you're unable to try on your dress until it's made, it's usually safe to have your dress about 3-4 months before your wedding, to prepare for any changes or alterations.
    Standard turn around for a dress is typically around 6-8 weeks, with some designs require longer time.
    Hence the best time to order your dress is around 6 months before your wedding.
